Returns

We gladly accept Exchange of our ready to wear collection items only and NO refunds or exchanges on our papillon handbag collection.
In exchanges from our ready-to-wear collection must be done up to 7 days after delivery for an EXCHANGE minus shipping costs that were originally paid.
All exchanges must go through our return management team first ramstiofficial@gmail.com.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless item sent was damaged or defected.
Once we receive your return, your echange will be processed immediately
