ALL Orders are shipped from Canada.

Please note when orders are shipped internationally they are subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Returns

• Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
• Returned items must be unworn, unused, clean, and free from odors, stains, makeup, or any other signs of wear.
• If an item is returned dirty, stained, damaged, or with any odor, the return will not be accepted, and the item will be sent back to the customer.
• All leather accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
