For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. 6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Subject to that policy and applicable law, eligible items must be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging. Items showing signs of wear, dirt, stains, scent, or damage may not be accepted.
Leather accessories are not eligible for return, except where a return or other remedy is required by applicable law.
