International Shipping

RAMSTI offers international shipping via DHL Express. Customs duties and taxes may apply to orders. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and, depending on the destination, may be collected at checkout or upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

RAMSTI accepts returns of eligible Ready-to-Wear pieces within 14 days of delivery. Handbags may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with all original tags attached. Please include all original packaging and accompanying accessories. Footwear should be tried on indoors on a clean, carpeted surface and returned in its original shoebox, with any dust bags and packaging. Please place the shoebox inside suitable outer packaging for shipping.

Made-to-order, personalized, altered and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

To request a return, please email advisor@ramsti.com within the applicable return period. Once your item has been received and inspected, RAMSTI will notify you by email whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method; processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Items that do not meet the return conditions may be declined. Please contact customer care for return instructions and information about any applicable shipping fees.
